What are your store hours?
We’re online so you can shop with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
Is there a way to see what the fabric on an upholstered item will look like in my home?
Many of our vendors offer fabric samples or cuttings for approval. We will be happy to send you a cutting (if available). Simply send us an email at marketing@heathergarrettdesign.com

How soon will my product be shipped?
In stock items will leave our shop within 3-5 business days. If you are ordering an item that is not in stock ship dates will vary per vendor. Please email us at marketing@heathergarrettdesign.com with questions concerning lead times of items not in stock.
I received my items but they are damaged; what do I do?
If you notice the damage while the driver is there, please mark the item damage and refuse shipment. Please write, “damaged” on the area where the driver asks you to sign your name. When the item is returned to us, we will credit you accordingly. If you notice the damage after the driver leaves, please send an email to marketing@heathergarrettdesign.com and include your name, the invoice number found on the invoice enclosed in your packaging, and a photo of the damage. We will notify the vendor and contact you for regarding the replacement of the damaged item.
Who do you use to ship?
hgHOME uses UPS to ship most of our merchandise but larger items will be sent using the most reliable, efficient freight company for your destination. Some vendors do not drop ship to residences and require items to ship to a local receiver with a loading dock. If this instance, we will contact you for delivery information and scheduling. What are your shipping rates?
Orders under $50 = $7.95
Orders that total $50 - $100 = $14.95
Orders that total $100 - $150 = $19.95
Orders that total $150 - $250 = $24.95
Orders over $250 ship free!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
In stock items and items in our Accessories or Lighting categories can be returned for a store credit as long as we receive the item back to hgHOME undamaged and no later than 30 days from the day you placed your order. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returning the item.
For a full merchandise credit, please follow this procedure:

We will inspect the return and issue a store credit, which will be sent to you via email. We will not refund any merchandise received more than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Can furniture be returned?
Furniture purchased from our “In Stock” or “hgSignature” collections and are in their original condition can be returned for store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for shipping charges for returning the item.
For a full merchandise credit, please contact hgHOME within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange for pick-up of the item to be returned. You may contact us at 919-687-4900 or via email marketing@heathergarrettdesign.com. We must be contacted within the 14-day window or we will be unable to honor the return. We will inspect the return and issue a store credit, which will be sent to you via email. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been wrapped and protected as well as possible.
Furniture items that were not in stock when purchased are non-refundable, since these are special ordered directly from the vendor.
Can sale items be returned?
We do not accept returns or give refunds for sale items. If the item is received damaged, we will handle the return/refund as a standard purchase (see above).
