Husband and wife entrepreneurs, this couple incubated their lives (and love) in the Triangle. When they fell in love with an iconic middle 20th century home in Raleigh, they wanted to reach outside the bounds of 'mid-century proper' for its decor. A lifesize oil portrait of their dog wearing an Ascot, a bit of French Rococo flair, and some boldly contemporary pieces sealed the design.
